Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Designer to lead the design and development of intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating new user interfaces (UI), conducting user research, and transforming complex requirements into elegant design solutions. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Figma is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe tools.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
  • Translate business goals, product requirements, and user needs into clear, intuitive design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Maintain and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across digital products.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to team members and leadership.
  • Stay current with UX/UI best practices, emerging design trends, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience designing digital interfaces for web and/or mobile platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and related design tools.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes, detailed wireframes, and visually compelling interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution.
