Job Description: As Sr. Project Manager, you will apply your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes. You will guide and mentor less experienced project managers while facilitating design sessions and ensuring effective communication across teams. Your ability to manage resources, schedules, and stakeholder relationships will be key to ensuring seamless project execution. You will play a significant role in creating a collaborative, problem-solving environment and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced, trust-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and priorities. Use project management tools, reports, and dashboards to track progress and communicate status effectively.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key project decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
- Lead collaboration between teams to reach consensus on technical design solutions, ensuring they enhance project outcomes.
- Provide ongoing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, troubleshooting issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure quality documentation of current and future solution designs, maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- Mentor and support other project managers, sharing best practices and methodologies to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects.
- Strong background in graphic design and/or experience supporting creative professionals as a Project Manager.
- Proficient in Adobe Suites, Microsoft Office Suites, Jira and other similar project management software tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Experience mentoring and guiding creatives at various levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Ability to guide, mentor, and support other project managers, driving continuous improvement across the team.
