The Role
This is not your typical administrative role. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a strategic partner to the CMO helping manage their time, priorities, and follow-through across multiple departments. You’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management
- Own and manage a complex, ever-changing calendar with precision.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Operational Support
- Act as a liaison between the CMO and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
- Assist in project tracking, reporting, and execution across various business functions.
- Help organize and prioritize the CMOs workflow, inbox, and strategic initiatives.
- Business Coordination
- Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff-type role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
