Job Discription:
- Meeting with development managers to discuss software specifications and controls
- Using the software as intended to analyze its functional properties
- Building, coding, and implementing software
- Running test programs to ensure that testing protocols evaluate the software correctly
- Tweaking the software systems for maximum performance
- Finalizing and documenting specifications and datasheets
- Presenting reports to management and suggesting product direction
- Understanding of 802.11 Wireless products
- Understanding of Dolby technologies
- Understanding of Voice Assistance(Google, Amazon…) technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field
- Proven work experience as an embedded SW engineer
- In-depth knowledge of software development tools such as Atlassian products
- Advanced knowledge of debugging code and software development languages.
- Experience working with popular operating systems including Android, Windows and Linux
- Drive and contribute to the improvement of development methods, processes and deliverables
- With the Agile team, provide accurate estimates for user stories and automation test efforts for each sprint
- Partner with the Agile development team to deliver on commitments
- Document, track, and report on product defects
- Participate in design reviews to ensure both functional and non-functional attributes are built in
- Participate in code reviews
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies in a highly multi-tasked environment
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
